Viewing issue snapshots

In addition to this method, you can also view a snapshot by selecting Red arrow icon to the right of an issue.

  1. Select Monitoring.
  2. Select a service monitor with an alert.
  3. Select View details next to an issue.
  4. Select View a snapshot.
A new tab opens in your browser and the snapshot of your webpage appears.
