Logging on to Banno Monitor
- Navigate to https://login.banno.com.
Enter your email and password.
CAUTION:If you input the wrong email or password five times, Banno locks your account. Your account can be unlocked by another user who has permission to unlock your account in the Users section of Banno Settings. See Unlocking users for more information.
- Select Sign in.
Complete two-factor authentication if necessary.
Note: Not all institutions have two-factor authentication. For more information about this feature or your implementation, create a jSource case on the For Clients site.
Note: If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot password?. Enter your email and select Email me instructions. This sends an email to you with email reset instructions.After successfully logging on, a welcome message and screen appears showing the latest Banno statement and Knowledge Base topics.
In the Code field, enter the verification code that was sent
to your mobile device.
Tip: You can select Resend or Try another way on the Enter verification code screen to send another verification code to your device.
- Select Remember this computer to skip verification code entry on this browser and device at subsequent logins.
- Select Verify.
- In the Code field, enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile device.
Note: For security, the Banno Platform logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. At 29 minutes, you have the opportunity to select I'm still here to reset the timer and remained logged on. If you have been logged on for 7 hours and 55 minutes, regardless of activity, a dialog appears alerting you that you will be logged out at the 8-hour mark.Note: Passwords for Banno.com do not expire automatically.
