Menu options

A menu appears after selecting the menu icon (three lines) at the top left of the application screen. End users can select a menu item to explore their financial information.

Note: This list represents basic options that most institutions likely have in their app's main menu. Depending on your financial institution's implementation, your end users might see additional options in the menu for more features that your institution has chosen to opt in to.

Tip: Selecting the menu a second time closes the menu. Selecting anywhere outside of the menu panel also closes the menu.
  • SBA payroll protection program link
    If your institution has developed an application or form that allows small businesses to apply for loans to cover payroll, you can include a link to it from the Banno Mobile or Online main menu. In addition, Banno can make it so that the link only appears to business users.
  • Consumer debt relief link
    If your institution is running a program to allow consumers to defer loan or credit card payments, you can include a link to your application in the main menu of Banno Online or Banno Mobile.
  • Charitable giving
    Your financial institution can link to charitable giving destinations through a link in the main navigation.
  • Credit union rewards link
    For credit unions that use a rewards program vendor that is compatible with Banno, your end users can use a link within the account Details screen to go directly to the rewards website through single sign-on (SSO).
