Smart fields

Smart fields are individual form fields or a collection of form fields that have special rules applied for convenience, for enabling additional features, or for input validation.

Each field type allows you to include and customize various options for the field. Required options must be completed for the form, while optional ones may be included when relevant or otherwise omitted from your form. Each specific field type also has its own configurable options.

  • Name
    Selecting or dragging the Name field into your form in the form builder places an input area where end users can insert name information.
  • Email
    Selecting or dragging the Email option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where end users can insert email information.
  • Address
    Selecting or dragging the Address option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter address information.
  • Phone
    Selecting or dragging the Phone option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter phone number information.
  • Date
    Selecting or dragging the Date option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter date information.
  • Time
    Selecting or dragging the Time option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter time information.
  • Currency
    Selecting or dragging the Currency option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter currency amounts.
  • Star rating
    Selecting or dragging the Star Rating option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can select a number of stars to leave a rating.
  • SSN
    Selecting or dragging the SSN option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter a Social Security Number.
  • Website
    Selecting or dragging the Website option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter a website URL.
