Ignore forever
While viewing the details for an issue detected by Banno Monitor, you have the option to Ignore forever for that specific alert type for the referenced webpage only.
Selecting Ignore forever means that Monitor no longer generates issues for the current alert type on that specific page of your website. All future ocurrences are ignored.
CAUTION:
This action is permanent and
cannot be undone. Make sure you will never need the alert in the future before selecting
Ignore forever.
