  • Logging on to Banno People
    Complete the steps to log on to Banno People.
  • Dashboard
    The Dashboard automatically updates baseline analytics information and the corresponding line graphs and scatter plots.
  • Users
    Banno People helps you manage permissions, messages, and other settings for your users, along with showing valuable information about a user's profile and accounts.
  • Messages
    The Messages screen provides a number of options for customizing and delivering messages.
  • Accounts
    To see an end user's accounts, select Accounts for the user.
  • Recent transactions
    The Recent transactions screen shows a complete list of a user's transactions. It also allows you to search for transactions by dollar amount, merchant name, or account.
  • Activity
    The Activity screen shows actions that your end users have taken as well as actions taken on their behalf that affect their accounts.
  • Messages
    After selecting an end user, select their Messages tab to view their banking messages and alerts.

    On an end user's Permissions screen, you can view and edit options for the following.

    On an end user's Security screen, you can manage access to and information about your end user's devices and accounts.
  • Settings
    Use the institution Settings submenu in the main Banno People menu to modify your financial institution's settings for contact information, privacy policy URL, EULA, enrollment, transfers, and more.
