Address

Selecting or dragging the Address option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter address information.

Description
Provides a more detailed explanation of the field, including additional context for end users or instructions about how to complete the field. The Description field appears before the individual Address fields on the form.
Required?
Indicate if the field will be required for users to submit the form. Selecting the box indicates required, and clearing the box indicates not required.
Options
Select which address fields will appear on the form by turning the toggle next to the field name on (green) or off (gray). If applicable, update the individual field labels.

Describes primary applicant
Select this box if these field options describe the person filling out the form.

Validation

The Zip field has built-in validation to help prevent invalid responses. The form automatically checks whether the end user's response formatting matches either 00000 or 00000-0000. If the formatting is invalid, the following error message appears: Value must match either 00000 or 00000-0000 format.
