Address
Selecting or dragging the Address option onto your form in the form builder places an input area where users can enter address information.
- Description
- Provides a more detailed explanation of the field, including additional context for end users or instructions about how to complete the field. The Description field appears before the individual Address fields on the form.
- Required?
- Indicate if the field will be required for users to submit the form. Selecting the box indicates required, and clearing the box indicates not required.
- Options
- Select which address fields will appear on the form by turning the toggle next to the
field name on (green) or off (gray). If applicable, update the individual field labels.
- Street address
- Apartment, suite, etc.
- City
- State
- Zip
- County
- Country
- Describes primary applicant
- Select this box if these field options describe the person filling out the form.
