Field definitions: Remote deposit capture report
These fields appear when you view the Remote deposit capture report. The following definitions appear in alphabetical order for quick reference.
- Active users
- For the Bill pay, Transfers, and Remote deposit capture reports, active users are users who have used this feature at least once within the selected date range.
- Adoption rate
- This number represents the percentage of users that are using RDC out of the total number of users.
- Amount deposited
- This number represents the collective amount that users deposited using RDC during the selected time range.
- Average deposit amount
- This number represents the arithmetic-mean of all the transfers made by users during the selected time range.
- Average per user
- On the Remote deposit capture report, this represents the total amount deposited by users during the selected time period divided by the total number of remote deposit capture users.
- Average per day
- On the Remote deposit capture report, this number represents the average amount of money users deposited collectively per day during the selected time range.
