Removing a remote deposit capture account

You can only remove an account if it has not been approved already.

  1. Select Users, and then search for a user.
    You can search by name, email, or user name. For those institutions that use NetTeller, you can also search by NetTeller ID.
  2. Select the appropriate user, and then select Permissions.
  3. In the Remote deposit capture section, select the account to remove.
    The Account details screen appears.
  4. Select Delete.
