Managing your saved replies

Use these instructions to learn how to create, edit, or delete saved replies in Banno Support.

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Saved replies.
  3. Choose a situation and follow the corresponding steps.
    Situation Steps
    Create a saved reply
    1. Select Add a reply.
    2. Complete the Title and Reply text fields, and drag and drop any variable text options as desired.
    3. Select Save.
    Edit a saved reply
    1. Select a saved reply from the list of existing replies.
    2. Adjust the fields as desired, and then select Save.
    Delete a saved reply
    1. Select the trash can button Trash can icon next to a saved reply you want to delete.
    2. Select Delete to confirm the decision.
