Settings

Use the institution Settings submenu in the main Banno People menu to modify your financial institution's settings for contact information, privacy policy URL, EULA, enrollment, transfers, and more.

  • Updating general settings
    Use these instructions to edit the basic information mobile and online users see about your institution.

  • 2-step verification
    If your institution uses 2-step verification, you can manage the verification methods used on the 2-step verification screen.

  • NuDetect
    Using Banno People, you can set up your NuDetect score configuration.
  • Password reset expiration
    Banno Online customers can modify the expiration time for the password-reset link that is sent to end users by using the options on the institution Settings screen.
  • RDC (Ensenta)
    In the RDC area of Banno People > Settings, the Remote deposit capture screen allows you to manage settings for remote deposit capture powered by Ensenta.
  • Offline mode (NetTeller banks only)
    You can configure offline mode for your end users in the institution Settings menu in Banno People.
  • Configuring PSCU card transactions (Credit unions only)
    Credit Unions who have PSCU credit cards or PSCU In-House credit cards (sometimes labeled as Non-FSCC CU cards) can use the Third party loans section in Banno People's Settings area to manage their PSCU settings for Banno Mobile and Online.
  • Stop payments
    If you are a core-connected institution, you can configure the stop payments disclaimer in the institution Settings menu in Banno People.
  • Transfer settings
