Setting Positive pay access for a user

In Banno Online User management, organization administrators can set Positive pay access for users.

Note: ARP (Account Reconciliation)/Positive pay is only available for banks.

Select My profile > Business management.
Select the user who you want to give access to Positive pay.
Select Set permissions.
Under ARP (Account Reconciliation)/Positive pay, use the slider to turn Positive pay access on or off.
Use the sliders to turn the following permission options on or off.

Upload ARP/Positive pay

This permission option lets the organization user add check items by uploading an ARP (Account Reconciliation)/positive pay .csv file or by manually adding check items.

Work ARP/Positive pay

This permission option lets the organization user decide to pay or return check item exceptions.

Download ARP

This permission option lets the organization user download the ARP (Account Reconciliation) output file created by the financial institution.

Work ACH Exceptions

This permission option lets the organization user decide to pay or return ACH exceptions.
