Overview

You can see the following information on a user's Overview screen.

In the About section of an end user's Overview screen, account numbers, contact information, and more important details pertaining to the end user appear.

Phone numbers

Depending on your financial institution's configuration and the end user's information, there are three possibilities for what can show for phone numbers on the Overview screen.

Situation Appearance in People
You are a core-connected financial institution with the ability for end users to change phone numbers enabled, and phone numbers are available from the core. Banno People shows the following numbers from the core if available:
  • Home phone
  • Mobile phone
  • Work phone
  • Work mobile (this option appears for banks only)
Your institution has not enabled the ability for end users to change phone numbers. Banno People shows one primary phone number taken from Banno's user information in a Phone field .
No phone numbers exist for the end user in your core system. In this rare situation, the Phone section is hidden from view unless a phone number is added in the core system of record.

Accounts

You can view a list of a user's financial accounts.

Note: The accounts appear in Banno People in the same order in which they appear for end users. You can change the order for the end user by selecting Reorder and then dragging and dropping.
Note: External institution accounts also appear here.

Approve ACH

You can view a list of ACH items.

Approve wire

You can view wires on the Ready and Approve lists.

Messages

In the Messages area, you can see all the end user's messages, including any conversations from Banno Support, if applicable. If your institution has Banno Support, you can also start a conversation from the Messages section by selecting Start a conversation icon Start a conversation from the Messages area to begin a conversation without leaving Banno People. In addition, if the end user has any ongoing Support conversations in the Messages area, you can select View thread in Support to be taken to the full conversation Banno Support.

You can toggle access on or off for the following services.

  • Remote deposit capture (RDC)
  • Payments
  • Transfers
  • Card management
  • External applications
  • Plugin cards
  • Zelle®

Payments

You can view a list of the end user's recent payments, including scheduled payments.

Recent transactions

You can view a list of the end user's recent transactions.

Note: This list shows the most recent transactions across all accounts.

Transfers

You can view a list of the end user's most recent transfers, including scheduled transfers.
