Setting Positive pay access

In Banno People, the financial institution (FI) can set Positive pay access for organizations and members of organizations.

Positive pay access is not supported on an account-by-account basis.

In Banno People, select Users.
Select the Organization or Member of organization user who you want to give access to Positive pay.

Select the situation and follow the corresponding steps.

Situation	Steps
Setting Positive pay access for an organization	Select Permissions. Use the ARP (Account Reconciliation)/Positive pay slider to turn Positive pay access on or off.
Setting Positive pay access for a member of an organization	Select Permissions. Under Organization user permissions, select View all. Under ARP/Positive pay, use the Enable slider to turn Positive pay access on or off.

The FI can view additional ARP/Positive pay permission options, but the FI cannot edit the following permissions in Banno People:

The organization administrator can edit these permissions in Banno Online User management.
