Viewing documents in ESI (integrated solution)

Banno offers an integrated ESI solution that allows end users to view documents like statements, notices, and taxes.

For this process to take place, you must have enrolled at least one account with ESI.
  1. From the main menu, select Accounts > [Account name] > Documents.
  2. Select one of these tabs to view documents: Statements, Notices, or Taxes.
  3. Choose the year from the drop-down menu to show the desired time period.
  4. Select a document to view it.
