Settings
An end user can view their profile information, change their password, manage devices, or manage their account settings from the Settings screen.
To access settings, select the user profile avatar at the bottom of the Banno Online main menu, and then select Settings.

Under Settings > Profile, end users can change their profile details such as preferred name, physical address, email, and phone number. - Profile photo

Financial institutions with SilverLake can use travel notices to let their end users share trip details, such as the location and travel dates, to help ensure uninterrupted use of their cards as well as reduce support time. - Device management
Devices that have been used to access Banno Online appear in the Devices section of the Security screen. - Alerts and cards
Banno Online users can manage which alerts they view through the app, in SMS messages, and in email for their primary financial institution's accounts. - Electronic documents
Your end users can view and enroll in electronic documents in your online banking and apps. - Direct Connect
With Direct Connect, banks using Banno Online can offer their consumers the ability to connect their financial accounts to Intuit® desktop products or Quicken®. - Spanish support
The Spanish Support functionality translates select information in both the Banno Mobile and Online platforms to Spanish.
