Unassigning cases

If someone working a case must leave work or otherwise is unable to reply, the case can be unassigned so someone else can claim it.

  1. In the Banno Support case list, select the name of the case.
  2. Select the Assignment menu.
  3. Select Unassign.
An event line within the case states that the case was unassigned. The event message is only available to financial institution users. In any conversation reports, anyone who has ever been assigned to the case appears in the list of assignees.
