Managing your profile

You can manage your profile in Users & Groups.

  1. Select your user avatar in the lower left corner of your screen.
  2. Select View profile to view your personal profile information.
    This option takes you inside the user list where your profile information appears.
  3. Select a situation and follow the steps.
    Situation Steps
    Uploading a photo
    1. Select the pencil icon next to the profile image.
    2. Upload a photo by selecting a file from your computer or taking a photo using your device's camera.
    Removing a photo
    1. Select the pencil icon next to the profile image.
    2. Remove the photo by selecting Remove.
    3. Confirm your decision by selecting Remove again.
    Editing your profile
    1. Select More option > Edit profile to open the dialog box.
    2. Edit your name, phone number, or timezone, as necessary.
    3. Select Save & continue.
    Reviewing security
    1. Select Security to view security settings for your user.
    2. Select Password to review password information.
      1. Select Change password to update your current password.

        The password must follow these guidelines:

        • Must contain at least one digit.
        • Must contain at least one upper-case letter.
        • Must contain at least one lower-case letter.
        • Must contain at least one special character (for example, @*!$%).
        • Must be at least eight characters in length.
      2. Select Set password for changes to take effect.
    3. Select Two-factor authentication to review current enrollment information.
      1. Select Reset to reset the phone number enrolled for two-factor authentication.
        Note: Completing this step sends you through the two-factor authentication setup process upon the next login.
    4. Select Save & continue.
