Approving and rejecting RDC requests

These instructions show you how to work with RDC requests by searching for a specific user.

Note: You can also see a running list of recent RDC requests on the Dashboard in the RDC requests section.
  1. Select Users, and then search for a user.
    You can search by name, email, or username. For those institutions that use NetTeller, you can also search by NetTeller ID.
  2. Select the appropriate user, and then select Permissions.
  3. Find the pending account in the Accounts list in the Remote deposit capture section.
  4. Select the account name to view the account details before approving.

  5. Approve or reject the account.
