Form builder

Banno Content allows you to create and manage forms that you can present to end users on your website. Form responses are funneled into the Inbox as cases within Banno Support, so you can receive these responses and assist your users directly.

To access the form builder to create or edit forms, select Form builder in the Banno Content navigation. Here you see a list of all forms created through form builder.

Depending on your institution's implementation, you might not have the form builder set of features. For more information about available Banno products and features, open a jSource case on the For Clients site.

reCAPTCHA for form builder

To help distinguish between humans and bots, a reCAPTCHA feature is added automatically to any form created in form builder. To complete your form, an end user selects I'm not a robot.
