Notifications
When responding to conversations, multiple types of notifications are sent.
Email notifications
When a conversation is created, emails can be sent to users of Banno Support. You can configure which users they are sent to on the Support Settings screen (see Working with Settings). The emails contain a link to the conversation.
Browser notifications
New conversations, replies, and assignments trigger browser notifications if Banno Support is open in a tab. The browser notification contains a link to the conversation.
Push notifications to end user
When a message is sent from Banno Support to an end user, they receive a push notification in Banno Mobile if possible. If a message isn't read within ten minutes of being sent, an email is also sent to the end user. These unread email notifications are also sent to users of Banno Support with the same ten-minute time frame.
