Opening a new financial account

If your financial institution does not use an account opening product that integrates with Banno Mobile, this feature may not be available.

  1. Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.
    Situation Steps
    Starting from the main menu.
    1. Select the main menu.
    2. Select Open an account (Or your financial institution's customized label for account opening SSO links).
    Starting from the Dashboard.
    1. Find the Accounts card on the Dashboard.
    2. Select Ellipses, and then select Plus icon Open an account.
  2. Choose a situation and follow the corresponding step.
    Situation Step
    Only one account opening SSO site exists for the end user. The end user selects the option to Open another account.
    More than one account opening SSO site exists for the user. The end user chooses the type of account to open from an Open an account list.
    A web view appears in the app where the end user can open a new account with your institution.
  3. When finished opening the new account, select Done to return to the app.
