Resetting 2-step verification

Use these instructions to reset 2-step verification for your end users.

CAUTION:
A Banno administrator profile must have 2-step verification enabled to have access to reset an end user's 2-step verification.
  1. In People, select Users, and then search for a user.
  2. Select [User name] > Security.
    In an end user's 2-step verification section, they could have sections for Text message, Phone call, Email, Authy, or Symantec™ VIP token.
    Note: Your institution needs a Secure Tokens contract with Jack Henry to use Symantec™ VIP tokens as a 2-step verification method.
  3. In the 2-step verification section, select Remove beneath a verification method.
