Working with payment lists in conversations

While responding to a conversation in Banno Support, you can help end users with questions about their payments by attaching a list of payments to your conversation for the end user's review.

Payment attachment options only appear if bill pay is enabled for your institution.
End users can select specific payments from a list so you can see the payment details and better help them solve any issues.
  1. While viewing a conversation with an end user, select Attach something, and then select Payments list.
    A menu of available payment lists appears.
  2. Select the payment list you want to send to the end user.
  3. If necessary, instruct the end user to select a problematic payment, or a payment about which they have a question, from your list.
    In the conversation window, a Select payments option appears to the end user. If they open Select payments, a scrollable list of their payments appears, and they can select payments to send back to you in the conversation.
  4. When an end user sends back one or more payments for your review, select a payment attachment to view an additional screen that shows the payment details.
  5. Continue helping the end user in the conversation, now equipped with extra information to help them with their issue.
