Managing form subscriptions

Banno wants to ensure that your users are notified each time an online form is submitted through the website. To allow for this, you can set subscribers by form type to receive notifications each time an online form is submitted.

  1. Filter by form type by clicking the individual form name in the list of available forms on the left-hand panel.
    Once a form type is selected, a new An icon that looks like a stylized representation of the head and shoulders of two people icon appears in the upper right corner.
  2. Select An icon that looks like a stylized representation of the head and shoulders of two people.
    A list of current subscribers appears.
  3. Select Change to make updates to the subscribers list.
  4. On the Form subscribers screen that appears, select who should receive a notification when a form of the chosen type is submitted.
    1. Search by name or email address to find Banno users. Click the user name to select.
    2. Enter any individual email addresses in the open field for any email groups that you'd like set up to receive notifications. Use commas to separate multiple emails.
  5. After entering all desired subscribers, select Save.
    Note: To access Form submissions, individuals must be set up as Banno users with access to view form entries.
