Use these instructions to understand
the process for changing end-user profile details such as preferred name, address, email, and
phone number in Banno Online.

Select the
end-user profile avatar in the top right section of the screen.
Tip: If using a mobile device,
a long tap on the end user avatar presents a screen that allows you to switch or add
profiles.
The Profile screen appears.

Select a piece of information to change.
- Select Edit preferred name beneath the
name.
- Select Edit address in the
Address section.
- Select Edit email in the
Email section.
- Select Edit phone numbers in the
Phone section.
