Messages

The Messages screen can be accessed by using the Messages card on the dashboard or by selecting the main slide-out menu, and then selecting Messages.

The Messages screen shows alerts, marketing communications, and support conversations, if your institution has enabled the Banno Support product.

On the Messages screen, you can filter messages by selecting from these categories:

  • Conversations (if your institution uses Banno Support)
  • Alerts
  • Messages
  • Conversations
    If your institution has enabled the Banno Support product, end users can access conversations with support agents from the Messages screen and the Support screen.
  • Deleting messages
    Messages remain in the app until they expire or you decide to delete them. Messages do not expire unless the message creator sets an expiration date.
