Banno Mobile is a mobile banking app that your financial institution can brand and make your own.

Banno Mobile provides a consolidated view of an end user's financial portfolio, designed with mobile devices in mind. That means users get information and actions for several of their financial accounts all from one mobile app.

Get portable

Your users will have the power to view balances, make payments, add payees, transfer funds, manage cards, and do even more on the go.

Get personal

The end user's experience is further personalized with transaction details, including vendor contact information, vendor location, and the ability to add tags, notes, and even images to individual transactions from your app.

Get paperless

Your users can take advantage of remote deposit capture if your institution has that functionality enabled. If your institution uses a document imaging provider compatible with Banno Mobile, they can also view documents from the app.

  • Creating a Banno Mobile account
    Users can create a Banno Mobile account whether they have an online banking account or not.
  • Menu options
    A menu appears after selecting the menu icon (three lines) at the top left of the application screen. End users can select a menu item to explore their financial information.
  • Switch profiles
    With Banno Mobile, you can sign in to multiple user profiles and quickly switch between them by using a pin instead of entering a username and password.
  • Dashboard
    The Dashboard shows a consolidated view of your financial accounts and other information, in addition to your messages.
  • Messages
    The Messages screen can be accessed by using the Messages card on the dashboard or by selecting the main slide-out menu, and then selecting Messages.
  • Account management
    Banno Mobile uses account aggregation to keep you connected to your financial accounts.
  • Transfers
    Banno Mobile offers several options for money transfers.
  • Manage cards
    Banno allows end users to have more control over their cards.
  • PowerOns for Credit Unions
    Banno can accommodate several PowerOns to give your credit union increased functionality in our apps.
  • Transactions
    With Banno Mobile, you can view transaction history and see transaction information.
  • Banno Autobooks plug-ins
    Banno's plug-ins powered by Autobooks give your business clients a way to send digital invoices and accept card and ACH-based payments online or in your app.
  • Remote deposit capture
    If your financial institution offers remote deposit capture, you can enroll your accounts through Banno Mobile. Remote deposit capture uses your device's camera to capture the front and back of a check, allowing you to make deposits on the go.
  • Payments
    Banno Mobile offers several options for managing payments, including the ability to start support conversations regarding payments from the app.
  • Support page
    The Support page, available by selecting Support from the main menu, gives end users several methods for getting help with your app.
  • Settings
    The Settings screen is where the end user configures settings that affect their app experience and security.
  • Migrate from Banno
    If your institution changes your mobile app or changes your banking provider away from Banno, your end users can have an easy way to locate their new banking app in the relevant store for download.
