Verifying deposits for external transfers

Before an end user can make inbound external transfers to Banno Mobile accounts, the account requires verification by confirming the micro-deposit amounts sent from Banno Mobile.

Add an account for external transfers before completing this process.
  1. Select the main menu, and then select Settings.
  2. In the Accounts section, select External transfers.
    The external transfers account list appears.
  3. Select the account that requires verification.
    An alert icon Alert icon with an exclamation point inside a circle appears next to accounts that require attention.
  4. Enter the deposit amounts, and then select Confirm.
    If a user inputs a wrong deposit amount three times, the app requires them to remove the account and restart the process for adding the external account.
