Enrolling in payments

These instructions describe the process for enrolling in iPay using iPay SSO within Banno Online.

For this feature to be available, your institution must be configured to have the following items activated:

  • Bill Pay
  • iPay SSO
  • iPay enrollment
Note: Before getting access to iPay SSO through the Manage payments option in Banno Online, business bill pay users must enroll in bill pay via Cash Management.
Note: The iPay SSO must be turned on, and end users must enroll using the iPay SSO in Banno Online if the financial institution has either of the following features activated:
  • Bill pay terms and conditions
  • Challenge phrases

If either of these features are enabled, a Banno Mobile user is instructed to enroll using a desktop or laptop computer when they navigate to the Payments screen.

  1. Select Payments from the Banno Online main menu.
  2. On the Payments landing page, select Enroll.
    A dialog appears, allowing the end user to begin using the payments feature or return to the dashboard.
  3. Choose the relevant option.
    • Select Manage payments to open an iPay iFrame and begin using the payments feature.
    • Select Return to dashboard to go back to the dashboard area.
