Support settings

Selecting the Settings option allows you to adjust support hours, reply time, holidays and closures, email notifications, and saved replies, rule management, and tags.

Note: Only users with the necessary permissions see the Settings option in Banno Support.
  • Working with Support settings
    The Support Settings option provides a simple interface to manage your support hours, reply time, email notifications, holiday hours, saved replies, rule management, and tags in Banno Support.
  • Notifications
    When responding to conversations, multiple types of notifications are sent.
  • Saved replies (templates)
    Banno Support offers you the ability to create and use sets of saved replies to respond to common end-user questions and requests.
  • Automatic replies
    You can use the features in the Saved replies and Rule management area of Banno Support to create automatic replies that can be sent to end users when a new case is created by an end user.
  • Rule management
    Banno Support's case routing allows you to create configurable rules that are applied automatically to cases, streamlining the case management process and reducing the amount of manual case routing needed.
  • Tags
    Keep your cases easily organized for your team by using customizable, filterable, and searchable tags.
  • Browser support policy
    To support security measures that keep your data safe, we require modern browsers to use Banno Digital Platform products.
