    Situation Steps
    Creating a dynamic ad space
    1. Select Create a dynamic ad space.

This repositions ads from the Banno Marketing library based on user experience.

    2. Indicate the Style of the ad by entering the pixel dimensions of the ad style to be served.
Note: The sizes for each of your ad styles can be found in your institution's Setup Guide, which is provided during implementation.
    3. If applicable, select Add a tag and include tags to control where recommended ads get served within your webpages, helping you separate site sections by content or subject matter.
Note: Tags are optional and should be kept simple. An ad can be tagged with a single tag or multiple tags.
    4. Select Insert.

The Marketing icon shows in the content area, indicating the space has been set to serve Banno Marketing ads.

    5. Select Save.
    Placing a specific ad
    1. Select Place a specific ad to insert a specific ad from the Banno Marketing library.
Note: This content remains static on the site and will not reposition content in the ad area.
    2. Select a campaign from list of available Banno Marketing campaigns.
    3. Select the ad to appear in the chosen space.
Note: These are separated by size.
    4. Select Insert.

The Marketing icon shows in the content area, indicating the space has been set to serve Banno Marketing ads.

    5. Select Save.
  7. Preview your changes.
    1. In the top navigation, open the Preview menu and select the viewport you'd like to use to preview the page edits: Desktop, Tablet, or Phone.
This allows you to view the page outside the editor to ensure ads are being served as expected.
Note: Previewing allows you to verify that Banno Marketing ads are being served in the ad areas. If a dynamic ad space has been set, the page preview pulls any ad from the library of active Banno Marketing ads. When live, the ads being served in the space differ based on individual user interactions with your webpages.
  8. Publish the pages to begin serving Banno Marketing ads on the live site.
Note: Review Publishing pages details in the Banno CMS user guide for more information on publishing CMS pages.
