Managing custom tags

To edit custom tags, visit Support > Settings > Tags > Custom tags.

  1. Select Settings in the Banno Support navigation, and then select Tags.
  2. In the Custom tags section, find the tag you want to modify, and then select the corresponding action.
    Situation Steps
    Change tag name
    1. Delete the existing text in the text field for a tag.
    2. Type the new name in the text field.
    Change tag color
    1. Select the tag image ().
    2. Select a color from the palette.
    Delete tag
    1. Select Delete.
    2. Select Delete again to confirm your decision.
