Managing assets
You can download, upload, enter alternative text, and delete marketing assets.

Within the Banno
Platform, access > Assets.
The Assets screen shows a list of all uploaded assets.Tip: Toggle between list view and grid view by selecting Toggle view style in the upper right corner next to Upload files.
- Select an asset name to show its details (uploaded by, updated date, size, download, upload, alternative text).

Choose a situation and follow the corresponding steps.
Situation Steps Download Select Download to save a copy to your device. Upload a new version - Select Upload a new version to find a file to replace your current asset.
- Browse files on your device and select the replacement file.
- Select Open.
Enter alternative text - In the Alternative text field, enter text describing the image.
Setting a value in the Alternative text field sets the alt attribute everywhere the image is place.
Note: The Description field must include fewer than 100 characters.Tip: For compliance with ADA guidelines, all assets must include a description. The Description field allows any text to be entered, but it is important to describe either what you see in the image or a brief description of what the asset itself is (for example: "person on park bench holding mobile phone"). The description text cannot duplicate the file name. For example, if a file name is checkmark.jpg, the description cannot read “checkmark." The description text cannot include a color.Delete - Select Delete.
- Confirm your decision by selecting Delete again.
- After changing assets, select Save changes.
