Working with transaction lists in conversations

While responding to a conversation in Banno Support, you can help end users with questions about their transactions by attaching a list of transactions to your conversation for the end user's review.

End users can select specific transactions from a list so you can see the transaction details and better help them solve any issues.
  1. While viewing a conversation with an end user, select Attach something, and then select Transaction list.
    A searchable list of an end user's transactions appears to the end user in the conversation as an attachment. The end user selects one or more transactions to send back to you from the list.
  2. If necessary, instruct the end user to select a problematic transaction, or a transaction about which they have a question, from your list.
    1. The end user selects Select transactions to view the list of transactions you sent.
    2. The end user can swipe up or down to scroll through transactions, and can also use the Search transactions field to locate specific transactions.
    3. The end user selects the check marks next to transactions to send them to you as attachments.
  3. When the end user sends back one or more transactions, select a transaction link in the conversation to view a Transaction details screen with all the available information.
  4. Continue helping the end user in the conversation, now equipped with extra information to help them with their issue.
