Support integration

Banno People users who also have access to Banno Support can transition from Banno People to Banno Support while viewing an end user's profile information.

Banno People - all screens

While working in any screen in Banno People, you can select the Inbox icon. Inbox button at the lower right-hand corner to access a simplified, pop-out view of the Banno Support inbox. This allows you to work cases in the pop-out window while remaining inside Banno People.

You can select View in Support on the left-hand panel for an end user to leave Banno People and see that user's information in Banno Support.

To start a conversation from within Banno People, you can also select Start a conversation. Start a Conversation from the Messages section of an end user's Overview screen.

Messages screen

If existing support conversations appear in the Messages section or screen, the full details can be read in Banno Support by selecting View thread in Support.
