Deactivate option on the menu that appears after selecting a check box next to a page title.

A link checker runs to determine if any links throughout the site are pointing to the selected pages.
  4. Choose a scenario.
    • If no links to the pages are found, select Confirm. The page status updates to Deactivated.
    • If links to the pages are found, a list is returned that contains pages that link to the page you are attempting to deactivate.
Note: Be sure to update links to a page so broken links are not created within the site.
After selecting Confirm, the statuses of the pages are updated to Deactivated and the pages are no longer active on the website.
Tip: You can find deactivated pages in the Filter by status column, listed under Deactivated.
