Applying for a loan

Use these instructions to apply for a loan account from Banno Mobile.

The availability of this feature depends on your institution's individual implementation and third-party vendors.

The Apply for a loan option offers the same functionality as our other account opening SSO configurations, but with the added benefit of allowing your institution to have two separate vendors configured: one for deposits and a separate one for loans. The account opening SSO process discussed in previous topics can be used if the same vendor handles both your institution's deposit and loan origination processes.

Banno directs end users to the loan application process by opening a new browser window after selecting Add account > Apply for a loan from Banno Mobile.
  1. Choose a starting point.
    • Select the main menu, and select Open an account.
    • In the Accounts card on the dashboard, select Ellipses , and then select Plus sign or addition symbol.
  2. On the Add account screen, select Apply for a loan.
    A new browser window opens to a single sign-on loan application website.
