Field definitions: Conversations report
These fields appear when you view the Conversations report. The following definitions appear in alphabetical order for quick reference.
- Active conversations
- The total number of unique conversations that were active (status of New, Open, or Pending) during the selected date range. In the Activity graph, the same conversation may appear multiple times if it was active over multiple days.
- Started from mobile
- The total number of conversations started in Banno Mobile during the selected date range.
- Started from online
- The total number of conversations started in Banno Online during the selected date range.
- Conversations with replies
- The total number of conversations that were replied to during the selected date range.
- All conversations
- All the conversations that were active during the selected date range displayed in a list, including end user full name, username, avatar, time of creation, status (as of the end of the date range), duration, and the time until first reply.
- Message volume
- The total number of messages sent by end users during the selected date range, sorted by the hour and day in which they were sent.
- Resolved conversations
- The total number of times conversations were marked as Closed during the selected date range.
- Unique users
- The total number of unique end users who created a conversation during the selected date range.
