Tags

Keep your cases easily organized for your team by using customizable, filterable, and searchable tags.

Tags help you find specific cases and forms by selecting them from Search and filtering options or by searching for the tag in the Search all cases field.

To view and manage tags, visit Support > Settings > Tags.

Custom tags

The Tags screen has a Custom tags section where you can create, edit, and delete custom tags.

Form tags

The tags that appear in the Form tags section automatically generate from the titles of forms your institution has created in Banno Content. The form tags cannot be edited or removed from the Tags screen in Banno Support. You can organize your Banno Support inbox using form tags, but the tag names can only be updated in Banno Content.
