Unenrolling an account from ESI (integrated solution)

Use these instructions to unenroll an account that was previously enrolled in the integrated ESI statements feature.

  1. From the main menu, select Accounts > [Account name] > Settings.
  2. In the Documents section, select Enrolled.
  3. When the Documents screen appears, clear the check box next to the account and select Save.
    The Updated message appears.
  4. Select Ok.
The account is unenrolled from ESI and the end user's view returns to the account screen.
