Monitor incidents

An alert is logged any time Banno Monitor discovers an issue.

Select the Monitoring screen to view a list of your monitors. A monitor with an alert shows a warning symbol beside it. The number of alerts also appears next to the monitor title.

  • Acknowledging issues
    You can acknowledge issues in Banno Monitor.
  • Issue details view
    After selecting a monitor with unacknowledged jobs, you can see a list of issues with the ability to view more details.
