Switching profiles

Use these instructions to switch between profiles in Banno Mobile.

Before completing this process, you need at least two user profiles signed on to Banno Mobile.
  1. Press and hold the end-user profile avatar.
  2. When the Select profile window appears at the bottom of the screen, select the profile that you want.
  3. Enter the pin or use the fingerprint authentication if prompted.
The active profile has changed, and the information in the app reflects this change.
