End user information panel

After selecting a case in Banno Support, a detail panel appears on the right-hand side of the screen with information about the end user, as well as the ability to assign the case and change its status.

If you want to view an end user's information in Banno People, select > View in People to be taken to their profile in Banno People.

To see all available personal details for the end user, select > About [Name]. From this view you can see account numbers, contact information, and more.

Assign the case to someone

To assign the case to someone, select the Assignment field to search for and select a person to work on the case.

Change the case status

To change the case status, use the Status drop-down menu.

Tag the case

In the Tags area, select None yet, add a tag to add the first tag. A drop-down menu appears with available tags to choose from.

Note: If there are already tags for the case, selecting the existing tags area also opens the drop-down menu where you can select additional tags.
