RDC (Ensenta)

In the RDC area of Banno People > Settings, the Remote deposit capture screen allows you to manage settings for remote deposit capture powered by Ensenta.

Settings > RDC > Deposit history

Select Enable to determine if your apps display deposit history to your end users. Green means that history appears. Gray hides the history. The toggle saves automatically.

Settings > RDC > View deposit limits

Select Enable to determine if end users can view the deposit limits set within Ensenta EZAdmin. Green means that end users can view the limits. Gray means that end users cannot view the limits. The toggle saves automatically.

Settings > RDC > Endorsement message

Select Enable to determine if the app shows a message about endorsement requirements. Green means that an endorsement message is shown. Gray means that an endorsement message will not appear to end users. The toggle setting itself saves automatically. However, any written content the Message field must be saved manually. You can use the Message field to insert your institution's custom message and select Save to save the message.
