Resetting an organization user's password

If an organization user forgets their password or needs their password reset, an organization administrator can select Send password reset link from the user's profile.

  1. Select My profile > Business management.
  2. Select the user that you want to send a password reset link to.
  3. Select the ""Ellipsis button.
  4. Select ""Send password reset link.
    The Send password reset link window appears.
  5. Select Email.
    A notification displays Sent password reset link successfully.
The organization user is sent an email with a Reset password button that they can use to reset their password.
