Managing templates

You can edit, duplicate, or archive a Banno Marketing template.

1. Go to the Templates screen in Banno Marketing.
2. Select Settings next to a template that you want to manage.
3. Choose an option and follow the corresponding steps.

   Situation	Steps
   Editing a template	Select Edit template. Make the desired changes, and then select Save or Publish.
   Duplicating a template	Select Duplicate. Make changes in the editor if necessary. Select Save or Publish. A duplicate template appears with Copy before its name.
   Archiving a template	Select Archive. When the Archive template screen appears, select Archive again to confirm your decision. You cannot use a template to create ads once that template is archived. Archiving a template cannot be undone.

   CAUTION:

   If a template is published already, you cannot add new fields while editing it, but you can edit the ones that are already there.
