Changing the password in Banno Mobile

If your Jack Henry core-connected bank opts in to this feature, end users can change their passwords in Banno Mobile. The NetTeller Online Banking password also changes with the Banno Mobile password.

  1. Select the main menu, and then select Settings from the end user's avatar menu.
  2. Select Security.
  3. Select Change password.
  4. Complete the fields, and then select Save.
