Removing an end user's profile picture
Financial institution users can remove an end user's profile photo if there are any unacceptable images.
- Search for and select an end user's profile in Banno People.
- On any page of an end user's profile, hover over the profile picture to make the Remove option appear.
- Select Remove.
- When the Remove profile photo screen appears, select Remove to confirm your decision.
This process creates an event on the end user's Activity timeline
under the Profile filter, showing that a financial institution user
removed their profile photo.
