Adding a remote deposit capture account

Follow these steps to add remote deposit capture (RDC) accounts for users.

Determine the product type of the account to be added. If the velocity limits for this product are higher than your user's current limits, adjust that user's velocity limits accordingly.
  1. Select Users, and then search for the user you want to add an RDC account for.
    You can search by name, email, or user name. For those institutions that use NetTeller, you can also search by NetTeller ID.
  2. Select the appropriate user, and then select Permissions.
  3. In the Remote deposit capture area, select Enroll an account.
  4. Enter the account information and select Create account.
The new account appears beneath Accounts in the Remote deposit capture area.
